As CEO, Mr. Foreman, a partner in the firm since 1996, will lead UCG's strategic initiatives, guide our senior management team, and oversee our merger and acquisition efforts. UCG has acquired over 40 business information companies since its inception in 1977.

As President, Ms. Becker, a UCG partner since 1988, will head internal operations, drive UCG’s culture and, with Mr. Foreman, oversee UCG's portfolio of existing companies which cover a range of business sectors including energy, telecommunications, technology, banking, financial services and healthcare.

Ed Peskowitz and Bruce remain with the company as its co-founders.

Todd Foreman is a graduate of Emory University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and George Washington University, where he earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in finance. He is a CPA and began his career at KPMG. He then spent four years in the commercial real estate business before joining UCG in 1992.

Mr. Foreman is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and sits on the boards of M. Lee Smith Publishers, LLC, and the Manitou Camps Foundation.

Nancy Becker is a graduate of Rider University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. Nancy is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Executive MBA Owner/President/Management program.

Ms. Becker is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Montgomery and serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Business Roundtable for Education and on the Board of Advisors of Aunt Hattie’s Place.
